A.  You can get all our products by placing your order on phone or by sending us a mail or from our website.

To order from our website follow the simple steps below:

  • Click on the name of the product or kit
  • Use the (-) or (+) sign to select product quantity and click on “Buy Bow” button
  • Click to check the box of your delivery method, you can choose to “Pick Up” your product from our office or choose the
    “Standard Delivery” or the “Express Delivery” or “Next Day Delivery” or “Port Harcourt Delivery” or “International Delivery”
    as the case may be.
  • Click on “Proceed to Checkout” button
  • Fill in your “Billing Details”, if you want us to send your product to a different address please click to check the box,
    if not go through your order and check the details provided for correction. If you live in Nigeria and you do not know your zip code,
    you can use default number 000000
  • Select your payment method. Direct Bank Deposit or Online Transfer is selected by default, if you choose to pay direct into
    our company account then go ahead to submit your order
  • You have submitted your order successfully. Use the payment information displayed to pay for your order either direct to
    our company account or bank transfer.

If you choose to pay securely with your credit or debit card, which is your normal ATM card, follow the simple steps below:

  • Select the second box to pay securely with your credit or debit card
  • Go ahead to “submit your order”
  • You will be redirected to pay securely with your card
  • Write down your “Transaction ID”

Q.  I do internet banking and would like to pay for my product through online transfer, how do I order?

You have submitted your order successfully. Use the bank details provided to transfer payment for your order. Please know that until you make payment for your order we cannot process your order, once we receive your payment your order will be processed and we will send your pack to you through courier to the address you filled as delivery address.

Q.   How do I pay for my order using ATM Cash Transfer?

A.   To pay for your order using ATM Cash Transfer, do the following:

1. Go to the nearest ATM machine, insert your card and input your pin, next check for Quickteller option on the screen and choose Quickteller

2. After Choosing “Quickteller” from the options, Select Fund Transfer

3. Next select “Interbank Transfers”

4. Choose the bank you want to transfer the money to. (In this case choose GTBank)

5. You will be prompted to choose the account type of the recipient (in this case choose “Current”)

6. Then choose your own account type (Savings or Current)

7. Next enter our bank account number which is 0128737012 (GTBank)

8. Next check for any correction, then make payment to pay for your order.

A.  No, do not refresh the page after you have fill in your card details whenever you encounter any problem using your card, just go back to the product/kit you want to order, click on it and start the process again.
